Hello all, was told abt this forum by XP@.

I ride a 91 CBR600f2 which I bought off a real cool gal abt 2 months ago. Have done some mods to it and hoping to have a blast at my first track day end of next month! :2thumbsup

Anyways, this looks like a way cool place to hang out and I really wanna meet some of you cools bikers and maybe go for a ride sometime. I;m on the shore so if anyone wants to show me some cool twisties up north, I'm keeeen!

Hi MadAxe

Welcome to the place of the "twistees"
Remember that the SthIs has lots of twistees too. Come down some time and try them out.

What sort of guitar do you play? in a band?

I have been into playing bass (badly) for the last 4 yrs after playing guitar (badly) for the past 30+. The bass is a great instrument tho.

Yeah, well, we're all guitarists or drummers on this site.

I've played guitar for 32 years, not currently playing in a band at the moment (doing the dad thing).

I've had my beloved Les Paul Custom since the mid-80s, and play through a Marshall Stack using a Boss GT-3 effects system.

Actually every time I do someone complains so I mostly play through a Marshall 12-watt combo. Sounds just as good - just doesn't make the neighbourhood shake.

Oh, and by the way - welcome to the site. Nice bike...
