Well, arrived back in Otaki this arvo after having a week and a bit away up norf. Spent xmas day in Turangi with the outlaws...was good to see them, but better when we hit the road for Paihia on boxing day.
Met up with folks at the Paihia Pacific for 4 nights. Weather was mediocre at best but just being with family was great. Ended up driving to cable Bay and having a good looksie around. As a kid I used to go to the far norf for holidays so was real good being up there. New years eve back to Turangi to be with outlaws and today back home
Highlights: Fast boat to Hole in the rock in the bay of Islands...
Lowlights: Getting a killer toothache and having 3 teeth pulled out by dentist!
