noticed this mentioned a couple of times on the site
- im currently looking at getting a cb125t and happen to have a spare vt250 front end (shocks, and rim)
Is that what is required?

considering i already have those parts - is it a worthwhile swap?
what else would i need?
the wheel i have has the "inboard" disk

Hey Tortron. I saw the pics of your bucket-racer project... it's gonna be cool! I'm wondering if you'll be using the original brakes from the bike, as I have the same bike and need to replace the front brake set-up. Would you be interested in selling?

There's a chassis floating around here in Wellington that has had that exact same conversion. Whoever did it just gas axed the whole steering head off the VT and welded on to the 125T chassis.

Hideous device!

Personally I'd try for something off a more similar bike with the correct size wheel. The VT front tyre is quite a bit wider then the CB rear and combined with the diameter mismatch makes for a fairly foul handling machine.
