For our Supercross interval entertainment on the Saturday, we would like to invite any of the 65cc riders (who had entered into Friday’s Mini’s Under Lights event) if they would like to provide a demonstration display around the main Supercross Track. This will NOT be a race, but a chance for the riders to have some fun and display their talent on the track in front of the spectators. Parents of these riders MUST be in attendance on the track at the time and is only available to 65cc bikes.

All updated details will be on www.superx.co.nz

Anyone from here coming???

I have some from last Sunday but only with my son doing his favourite jump - the last one before the exit! :)

You can see some of the background though but work is still unfinished.

I’ll try and get some more photos up soon. Hopefully a panoramic shot.

This is the track up to date. Still unfinished.

I took this last night - so the image doesn't have the clarity as if taken in daylight hoursand it's a very rough panoramic. I am down at the track again today so will hopefully get another shot in the light. I'll include the new design of the track where it exits the arena.

Why is it always so far up north?

They need to do a SX event at the Cake Tin. Damn that would sound insane!

Nice to meet you too! :)

Did you enjoy the action? I am still recovering having only had about 12 hours sleep over the whole weekend!

I thought the Mini’s went extremely well! And 3 rounds proved to be enough for the kids to have a great time racing as well as one round under the lights. The SX on Saturday was awesome! I’m still ploughing through hundreds of photos from both nights and am still working on the final track panoramic photo from when racing had commenced.

The track is now open for two weeks but will close for maintenance prior to the second (and last) round of the SX. The track will then be open after SX weather permitting.

The SX track is fantastic, but don’t forget we also have a huge MX track boasting lovely berms and jumps and also a revamped mini SX track for the kids. :D

Telephone 08 322 9400 for information on how to obtain a key and see www.superx.co.nz on where to find us!
