Yup the annual nude 100 mtr beach race is on at omaha beach on the 11th bro, might want to get a tan first as Sunglasses are not permitted.

Beach racing is a total blast, and I just got a new fuel injected RMZ450...and just happen to have my RR gearing lying round still! 15/36 is good for around 180clicks!:baby:

I'm going to use my GSXR 810...after some geometry revisions...and geting artistic with a rear slick [I'n sure I can fine a 17 knob for the front]...should be good for 280 + :) [might take the RMZ250 as well]

Yeah I've come up against some pretty crazy creations over the years mate, but a big bore dirtbike is still generally the go if you want to win races. You just can't stop and turn the big road based fuckers. Be good to watch though...so knock yourself out!

Gisbourne had some beach races over winter. a bit of a hike tho. check out silverbullet.

been about 5 years since the Papakura club ran races at Kerotahi, used to be pretty popular, pretty sure Gisbourne is the only place still racing on the beach in the north island
