TV1 will be showing some racing on the 18th at 3:45 'til 4:20. Not sure if this will be on going as yet but will follow up. Better than nought:scooter:

35 mins, throw in a couple of add breaks and the viewing time is depleted somewhat, they do the same with BOT's Paeroa, but like you say, better than nothing...

Below is the full programme for the show--just got it by email from David Turner. Yep, it looks like the Wanganui races will be on. Part one of two, apparently.

There is plenty on the horizon this year so get your weekly dose of the best Motorsport show in town each Sunday afternoon from January to December 2009. We kick the year of with all the action from last weekends Motorsport NZ Championship meeting from Timaru along with some of the best Motorcycling and Speedway you will see anywhere..
3:00pm NZ Championship Series Round 4 Race Levels Raceway Timaru – Suzuki NZ Production Racing Series.
Opening up the show again this year is the ever growing and ever popular NZ Production Racing Series. Classes within classes but some great racing that’s for sure,
3:20pm NZ Championship Series Round 4 Race 1 Levels Raceway Timaru Mini Challenge.
The exciting Mini Challenge class is next up and there is always something for you from these guys.
3:30pm NZ Championship Series Round 4 Race 1 Levels Raceway Timaru MTA Formula Ford.
Evans (Simon and Mitch), Stanaway and Webling are all back again for the gutsy part of this championship season and will one of them make an early break on the chase for the title.
3:45pm Wanganui Motorcycling Boxing Day Event.
The classic Motorcycle meeting with so much history raced around the streets of down town Wanganui and today we present the first of two shows from this great meeting.
4:20pm Springs Speedway – International Sprintcars.
The huge and massive crowd that gathered at Springs Speedway Boxing Day night saw the very best show in town that’s for sure as the Americans arrived in force to tackle the kiwis at home and what a display we saw. Today’s your chance to witness Speedway at its finest.
4:40pm NZ Championship Series Race 1 Levels Raceway Timaru Porsche GT 3 Cup.
Mr Porsche himself Craig Baird is back along within the ever chasing pack that are trying to knock him off that top step. The amazing German racing Machines return.
5:00pm NZ Championship Series Race 1 Levels raceway Timaru Toyota Racing Series.
The Toyota Racing Series kicks off the start of its three meeting International section this week and with drivers from Australia, Asia and the UK arriving so it certainly is going to be a talent feast that’s fore sure.
5:25pm NZ Championship Series Round 4 Race 1 Levels Raceway Timaru BNT V8s.
Rounding out the show today the mighty V8’s are back and history shows do well early after the New Year break and the title comes your way so watch that space.

This is what the big guy has to say, I am now going to apply the blowtorch to his nether regions.
"yes two weeks of Wang back to back and then later in feb three weeks worth of local circuit stuff. Plus we have renewed Moto GP highlights for the year and MX1 and 2 as well ---phew and I am working on more CIK karting done deal 1 hour mid feb and the Nationals at Easter also"
More when I beat him at arm wrestling :rolleyes:
