Ugly things Crocs, but the kids seem to love them. Paparangi is okay, but too damn cold compared to Upper Hutt.

I still have two kids live in Newlands - one goes to Paparangi School, one going to Newlands Intermediate this year.

Lived in Ruskin Road for about three years before buying a house in Christopher Way, Paparangi (off Catherine Crescent).

Nup, for recognising "beige".
I only know what it means because one of the owners of a C185 I used to fly a bit (DAH, you've probably jumped out of it) described the base colour of the aeroplane as "beige".

Too many pilots don't take arsewheel Cessnas serious enough!
A 185 isn't landed until it's got three ropes tying it down, and the windscreen cover on!
If I owned one, you'd need to have a thousand hours on type before I'd even allow you to sit in the pilot's seat!

and I used to wear those big "boat" jandals whilst flying a 185 in the summer... fuggin crocs would have been ideal!

As for the holes - that is honestly part of their charm...you can wear them but when outside it's like you aren't wearing shoes.
