So in about 1/2 and hour the first of several candidates are due to arrive for interviews. As such I've been working hard on making sure I ask all the right questions, and I was wondering if you lot had any questions I could ask her. Where her strengths lie? What she could do for me that sets her apart from other candidates etc?

Needless to say she got the job.

Although I had to decline her request for a corporate uniform as the amount of material required would probably have bankrupt the company. :yeah:
