Picked up my new horse yesterday at the freddy merkel day.
I bought another 600 off brian bernard.
Its got all the kit including -
full arrow system
F1 engineering rearsets
high rev ECU
520 chain and sprockets (plus extra gears)
Ohlins front & rear + steering damper
track fairings.
plus all road gear in as new condition.
What does it go like? i hear you say
well with the lower gearing, like a cut cat. havent ridden it with the standard gearing yet but the motor feels real strong.
At the moment im just putting back into road trim ready for a warrant and rego. looking forward to seeing what its like on the road.

shouldn't be to hard to put it back to road trim, stock fairing back on, and you should be away. that bay will scream, should keep with the race gearing, it stuffs ya speedo up a bit, but make them more fun to ride, i am looking at dropping gearing on mine. Got lots of lovely trick bits on it.
Nice score there scotty
engima - the alstar decided it wanted to make its own way around taupo with out a rider last year

dunno if i will race it yet, maybe clubmans and see how we get on. the alstare bought the farm at taupo last year. It decided it would look much better attached to the back of a TL. Anyway its rooted and should be heading up to the auctions in the near future.

plus all the switch blocks, fast idle cable etc. quite a bit to do really. time consuming but not to difficult.
