Hmmmm. So they've named their kid after their country.
It would be interesting if they named future kids after NZ cities...

Whats the bet the people involved don't care what you named your kids?
They probally didn't realise you had a list of aproved names for them to look at?:tugger:
I'm disappointed peoples minds are so closed they think others (complete strangers no less) should live by their views...
Nah, I don't care, Its all fluff.
Good on em for whatever they do,and long may they do it.

A guy called Blue surname Gray called the rock yesterday and admitted to having called his kids Red, Black and Blue...Red and Black because he is a staunch canterbury fan and Blue because that baby was a bit of an oopsie and at the time some company was sponsoring the canty team and so they had blue on their jerseys.
So the kids were Master Red Gray, Miss Black Gray and Master Blue Gray....

It's times like these I think we have much to learn from France and Denmark. In those countries you can only name your child from names on an approved list, as opposed to the New Zealand system where you use what some braindead primate has just randomly entered on a computer keyboard.
Rlexuz. Gahh! Thud.

The family is obviously from a lost indigenous tribe and it's their first contact with modern civilisation, hence the pitifully ill-conceived names.
20 years old and 4 kids already, what hope for the future if retards like this are dumbing down the gene pool...
Bet she's doing well financially on the DPB eh.

Obviously doesn't give a shit about her kids. Primary school is going to be torture for those kids. We all know how cruel they can be, with the taunting and whatnot.

Probably not expressing myself accurately.
Maybe she hasn't thought about the ramifications of naming her children in such a manner. The rest of my statement stands. Young kids can be cruel to each other.
Make you happier?

Weirdest I've encountered are boys called Duracell and Paranoid. Both sets of parents not English first language and simply thought the names sounded distinguished. Like how some Jap cars get slightly off names. OMG - Adolph H and Aryan Nation (prior link)!

Ridiculous naming, might as well just get the kids targets tattooed on their faces.
Kids are cruel, this is inviting suffering. Even the so-called "normal" names are converted to nasty crap.
what about # 5? "gold mushroom blue tinge"

I've met Dwayne Pipe.
Worked with a design engineer called Michael Hunt. Every time we got a new receptionist, it seemed like her first job was to page him over the P.A.

And you wonder why this place is sliding into the abyss eh?
It's just not the way to name a child, you crustacean munchin' bottom feeder.
I guess you've no problem with the supremacists in the USA calling their son 'Adolf Hitler Campbell' either.
I guess you can relate to his parents, after all unlike myself you have no yardstick with which to be judgemental.
Idiotic.

:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:
There is no such thing as "Its just not the way", Your just saying "Its not my way". And you have effectively proven my point, There is nothing wrong or offensive in the child's name, You just don't like it because its different, and some in this thread think they should have been stopped, simply because they don't like it,or that's not the way its done, and some harsh judgements have been made on this alone.
The other case you referred to is "slightly" different in that they named their child after one of the most evil person to have ever lived, Lets not even pretend this is the same thing aye?
