So I am at where I am currently living, I have been here about a month. About a week ago me and the owner decided that I should move out (she did not give a firm reason) but I did not like the dogs (very noisy out of control yappy little mutt) so that was decided.

Anyway after work she lets me know that while there is no hurry to move out the house will be on the market from Saturday so room etc needs to be A1.

Now I don’t have a problem with this ether, her house she can do what she wants with it but she mentioned that she had been mulling it over for months.... which makes me think that she was thinking of selling when I moved in..... which makes me a little pissed off....

What do ya recon? Ether way the bike is going to a friends place tonight, as is my other prized posetions (cello and music CDs).

You must stay where you are - your spelling has vastly improved....almost readable. It could be too much for some of us spelling and punctuation Nazi's if you reverted to your old ways.

I guess it doesn't really matter? Doesn't sound like it's gone down in bad terms, and as you said the dogs pissed you off. Probably you would have moved out soon enough even with the sale.

And if you want to have some fun.. ask her how much to buy the property, when she gives you an amount reply back with an ever so slightly lower amount, and ask her would she like to rent a room? hehe

No need to be pissed off. She's being decent about it so just find another place to live? I don't see what the problem is? She's not telling you to f*ck off straight away...

I bet its because you sleep walk.

She found you either:
a: Trying to kill her yappy mutt, or
b: Having a quick 50 off the wrist......

:innocent:

I had a similar situation a couple of years back. Moved into a flat and three weeks later had to move out as the lease had finished, the guy who had the lease decided to move in with his girlfriend and no one else wanted to pick up the lease.

The lease holder knew what he was doing (lease finished, girlfriend) and I cushioned him three weeks rent.

It's the nature of flatting that these happen.

It's because she caught ya sleeping on the couch doing twisting hand thottle movements....Isn't it?
Well its just another life experience to look back on

I would be a bit pissed off if she has been mulling this over for a few months as you say.
