Should be able to sort something on the freight, within the mighty KB network?
Hell must be tribe from that way heading down to Ruapuna for Nationals soon?
Does say Seller allows pick ups.

Use to KB network to avoid the freight costs if it's more than you can afford. Is $695 too much? If not post a request. Depends if you're in a hurry or not.

Surely we'll be able to find a way of getting it down even if it takes a month. If someone can get to it wgtn I'll hold it until can arrange someone coming over. Pity not a couple of weeks back, Had team Biddle passing through from auckers & onto Chch.

Could maybe sell off parts from yours that are ok later.

If you can stretch to it I'll spot $50 to the DDD engine fund.

yeah it is to be honest, hey look I had to extend the morgage to pay the $2275 it cost to fix the truck gear box that shat in woodville, and Visa's almost maxed, I have to remember that we are on one wage in ohhhhhh... 3 weeks :shit:

If you got the fixxer for $650 thats probably not too bad a price.
Otherwise maybe a repower for the rolling chassis? Loncin maybe?
But you have a head, exhaust, carb etc to suit the FXR motor, probably be cheaper in the long run than try and develop something new?
Applied to KiwiBank for a master card yet? 6.95% for first six months. :msn-wink:

So whats your budget then? Have you tried Buckets n Bits? Must be a few dead engines around ....

Spencer at Atomic has 3 or 4 engines in bits. Generally the bottom end stuff is OK as the top end went due too learner riders getting a little short on oil

I don't mind selling it for that price, nor wasn't looking for good money. But I was just saying how an engine can be sold so expensive.

But I was just saying how an engine can be sold so expensive. only cos the engine was at a dealership/bussnis, had it been private it might have been cheaper... however due to increased FXRs in F4 the prices are going up, shit I seen a used FXR selling for the same price they were new last week.

Apparently some of the wreckers are getting calls from Australia looking for FXR bits, engines mainly.
