Actually, I've done more k's on the VL than Tracy! It's slow, but ever so comfy.:o

Quick update
Doing beter all the time, done a couple of Longer rides (for me anyway, no way am I bike fit).

Rode to work in rush our traffic, I think I did ok with that too.

Tail gaters still freaking me a bit, but trying to ride my line and hold my road etc etc :rolleyes:

Taking bike in for first service now. Then study. Yucky exam this afternoon (Insurance Yuck) :eek:

Then a bit of a ride to relax later I think :laugh:
