Being set up by Phil Scott from Cycletreads and before that Motomail.
The other dealers in the area are worried.

They're worried because it isn't just about selling a brand of bike.
Phil Scott has a track record of being a top marketer and the accessory market is one that can not be afforded to lose.

hey, whats a hamana? I understand a biker chick (well I think I do) but I have not heard the hamana reference before. I heard the Morini has a 3 year warranty with 2 years free servicing! thats an improvement over the Ducati I last owned. The new shop would seem to be on the corner of newton and france street with a carpark underneath in france street. There were trademens van there so they must be setting up all right.

Well there is something going on there, went past and there was a pack of bikes and scooters parked under the blue building on Newton Rd... Well under the France St side anyway.
Moto Morini sign in the window? Mmmmm... nice bikes too. Had the pleasure of taking a Cosaro for a run around the Coro loop before christmas!
Wow!
If your in the market for a big grunty twin to upset sport bike riders with...

stopped into the new dealership today and met with Phil. looks like he has a good start ( i got the grand tour) . a few familiar faces in there too.. ( Salesman is an old customer of mine)
he claims that he wants to be open by classic race weekend.. has a stand for the races booked and the whole staff is really looking forward it.
they are looking for a keen apprentice, so if anyone knows of someone.. have them stop in and see Phil.
i DID get an offer of a lifetime from them...
apparently, they will have a demo of the MotoMorini Corsaro Veloce that Phil has graciously invited me to take out for a blast ( WITH the Db Killers removed and chip installed hopefully)..
Big Dave.. up for a photo Shoot?..
i promise to write out a full review when i get the chance...
94 Newton rd, next to the Shell station in the blue building.. stop in when they open
