My friend from Canada has come to stay with me for a while and she needs a job.

She is 24 and has a degree in Sociology. She has also done work in hospitality.

The job either needs to be in the Howick/Botany area or be able to be picked up or accessible by bus.

She is looking for jobs elsewhere but thought I would ask her as i found myself one here once!

So if any1 has one available or knows of some one who does please let me know.

Does she have a work permit? That could make the difference between her being able to get a job or not. A degree in sociology would only be worth something if she could legally get a job in that field, otherwise she may be reduced to cash-under-the-table jobs doing waitressing or cleaning.

She can legally work here. Has a work visa and IRD number already. Now needs the job
