Help from the Ozes in here

i need to do reg and history check on a bike i have that's come in from Oze
something like what we have here

but it only takes 14 didget VIN no and being a bike its only got 11
any help here would be apreciate

There is a vehicle registration plate on it but it is from Australia vic

we have a different one for NSW. it allows you to check against the vin plate and gives you some history of your bike. not too sure how detailed it is but it is free.
