I think you might find those sort of racks are for mx/trail bikes under the 120kg mark, I doubt you would find you towbar would be up for that much vertical weight.
But I might be wrong.

my vans towbar is rated m.t.m 600 unbraked 1100 braked wich would be maximum towing somthing.
Its made of 18mm thick slab of steel tho

It's not just down to the slab of steel though, it's whats holding that to the car, what part of the car it's attached to, and in turn whats holding the car off the ground.
A towbar mounted to a proper rail chassis would support a lot more vertical weight than one bolted to one of these modern moulded car bodies.

my vans towbar is rated m.t.m 600 unbraked 1100 braked wich would be maximum towing somthing. Yebbut, the problem is the vertical drawbar loading - not the towable load, as c.h.r.i.s already wrote. That 600kg unbraked load has to be balanced on its axle and only exert a max say 50kg vertical load on the towbar. Should be a sticker on the towbar with the rating.
Most car towbars only support 50kg. Mountainbikers will be aware of this, because you will exceed the towbar's rating trying to put 4 mtbs on a 4-bike rack.

You will not find a towbar that has a maximum vertical weight loading of more than 100 kgs, even on 4wd vehicles.

The 2in tow hitch on US type pick ups can take huge loadings. But as mentioned,in NZ 100kg is usually the maximum tongue load.
