I'm going for a ride today - got 200km left to put on the bike before first service. Anyone wanna come? Don't know where I'm going, but will be a southern ride. Leave Papakura AB at 11ish?

Blast, I'm looking after my wee grandaughter during the day....til 4pm...for this week, after 4pm then I am free to ride....

Hope ya had a blast on the "Beast" and clocked those 200kms over pretty quickly.

I LOVE MY BIKE!!!!!

Popped into Pap AB to fuel up and see whether anyone was able to make it. Sadly, no so I tootled off by myself...
Went old GSR from Drury, onto motorway at Bombays then off at Ridge Rd down to SH22. Had an absolute blast, really starting to get the feel of my bike - had a few hairy moments when I got a little bit too cocky. Had so much fun I came back the same way.
Now I need to go for a blast down there with some good riders who know the road well so I can sort my lines out (hint hint F/F).

Fortunately there were no :Police: around because I'm really having a problem controlling my speed!!!

yep.... just came back late late last night.... so catching up on work...

BUT! I need a ride this weekend... you keen on following RIB up north this Sat? and come back late Sat / evening? / or stay the night depending on conditions...

I'm definately up for a ride - but won't be able to go up north cos I'm doing ambulance for the stock cars at Waikaraka Park Sat night. I could go a bit of the way tho... have to be back home by 2.30ish as I'm meeting up with someone then.

I see.... well. they are meeting at walkworth at 10:30am.... so a early start it'll be. might go up thru 16... let me know if you keen for a early ride :)
