Help! Brakes for CB125T, late 70s.

I've just bought a Honda CB125t, I think it's mid-to-late 70's. It has a modified front brake fitted but it wasn't done right and it is now no good (a weld has cracked):doh:. Does anyone know what would fit? eg any early Honda CB 125-250? It has a single disc.

Also, I'm about to re-vin the bike, will I need the exact same brake set-up as it came with to pass the WoF check?
