Hey guys, I'm from the land of big cars and bigger people so bear with me...

Basically I live in the city so don't have access to a yard, hose, etc... Been working out in Petone lately and I have to park the car / bike very close to the ocean. Went to go home last night (in the car) and it looked like it had just come out of a dead whales ass...

Have seen the self-service car washes (you put coins in, there's a high pressure hose / brush with soap) all over NZ- but none in the Wellington area... I'm dying here, help me out.

Many thanks!

Get yourself a pressure sprayer from Mitre 10 (one of the 5 litre jobbies you pump to pressurise).

You can fill it from your kitchen sink, and use it to spray your bike instead of a hose. It works reasonably well.

You can always stop off on your way home and use my driveway, which is off street and has a hose and tap handy. I'll even let you use some of my degreaser for the stubbon bits.
