Noisy Brakes

Hey all i put new rear pads on my bike on the weekend & they have started making a hell of a noise. They started of sort of squealing & now as the bike almost stops they make a sort of rubbing/vibrating noise & a heap of it.
I have done a few kms on them, Whiti to Hams on Sunday & then Whiti to Coromandel on Monday so would have thought that may have seen them come right but only seem to be getting louder.
Any help would be great please.

Did you put them on the right way around?

There was no directions as to a right or wrong way so we just put them on the same as the ones that came off. I will pull them off again tomorrow & check.
