Hey all,
Im looking for an xs650 as a project. They are popular bikes and ones I thought would be pretty common. There has to be one somewhere for sale haha. Im looking at one for 2grand or under, cosmetic condition doesnt matter too much as long as it is a runner and all major parts are there! Kms doesnt matter either, again it must be a runner *and an ok one at that haha*. Preferably a 1976 to 1979 model but will consider other ones too!
Cheers guys and gals

well ahead of you mate, viewed it yesterday. waiting for auction to run and see what happens, a but pricey for the condition it is in as getting it tip top will cost a bit. Im keeping my eye on it though.

That's a OK price for a 95% complete runner of average condition. The XS is getting expensive as they get older and more collectible. There was a time you could pick them up really cheap!
A tidy original will go for a good $4k plus on Trademe.
Superb project bikes. Heaps of goodies on line for them. Do a google for 'Mikes XS'.
