hey guys, will lowering the front end of my bike give me any advantages on trackday riding?

what are the basics of lowering bike for track use ..?

any help much thanked.

thanks, in terms on getting round the track faster in .secs?

weighting the front.. would mean id want inserts to give me more brake travel?
