Thanks you folks.

I do feel particularly old today. I looked at the home page, two birthdays listed: Virago (48); Nagash (18). Thirty years since I was 18...?

I've just about finished my "old man" rituals for the morning.

After a wash, I trimmed my beard - why do the grey whiskers grow so much faster than the normal ones...?

No special birthday breakfast - got to have my normal cereal - "regularity" takes on a whole new meaning as you get older...

Definition of old age? Being able to afford a $3,000 espresso machine, and then being told by your doctor to cut down on coffee...:angry2:

First precious coffee from the machine, and then the "old man medications".

Panadol and industrial strength codeine for the head and neck pains, blood pressure meds, cholesterol meds, blood thinners, - and laxatives to counteract the bloody codeine...

Might get out on my bike before the after-lunch nana-nap. Will plan a route around possible toilet stops...:scooter:

Milton, Lawrence, Roxburgh, Alexandra all have reasonable public toilets. Then there are plenty of Port-a-loos at Galloway. :soon:
