My wifes Bike is for sale, she is looking for a more of a cruiser bike as she has had a broken ankle as the CBR doesn't suit.
This CBR250R was 1st registsered in NZ 11/07,
Reg to 17/6/09
wof to 24/6/09
Near New Pirelli tyres front and rear (500km max), Not ridden hard as still has wee nobble bits in parts of the tyre (see pics)
New chain (under 1000km)
This Bike is in good condition over all for its age and the only fault is a repair we had to do on the top front fairing when he bike fell off the stand.
We have had it repaired but not re painted (pics show repairs and only black needs repainting) and new replacement tinted screen has been fitted.
This is a great little bike with plenty of grunt for a 250cc.
The only reason we are selling this is my wife is looking for more an upright cruiser/touring bike then a sports bike.
We are also open to a trade for a touring/cruiser type bike
The bike is listed on trademe http://www.trademe.co.nz/Browse/Listing.aspx?id=201961309 with photos and details of any scratches etc.
Price $4200.00

Unfortunaty the bike is off the market...
had a repo agent pick it up last night due to an old owner and not the person we brought it off still had quite a bit of money owing on it...
very fucked off to say the least :mad:and more then likely lost the money we put into the bike to buy it and fix/tidy it up

yip... and that's the nice words..
Me and my wife is pretty fucked off as that halts her being able to get her restricted license or replace it with a cruiser as we can not afford to replace it from scratch...

Cheers but she is older... 40+ and she will not use someone elses bike to do it... same as when she started riding she had to do it on her bike... so we brought her one...
She is not one that can swap bikes when use to one of her own

How much is owing?? worth paying to get it back and then selling it on??
Any chance of recovering the coin from the person that owes it??
Totally gutted for you, had the same thing happen to me except it was a mat I bought from, luckily a few choice words and a couple of phone calls and he coughed it up.. Good luck to you.

He still owes a heap on it... not worth paying it out to get it back...
on the good side I have been on to him and the Bikeshop that repo'd it and he says he will pay it out by end of next week... I will be following it up big time...
It's amazing what happens when you tell him what is going to happen to him if it is not payed. He will be taken to court for the debt and also done for fraud as he can not on sell the bike with finance on by the bike shop... I then informed him that we would also be doing the same against him to recover what we have spent so in the end would cost him more then double the debt he has at the moment... and the possibility of not getting anything else on finance
