Hornet 250 front brakes

I need some help with this one, my front brakes keep going spongy on me and when i bleed them they go good for about a month before going spongy again, they dont leak at anytime so im stumped.

Does anybody know what could be wrong???

Must be sucking air in somewhere / check piston seals in caliper and in master cylinder , has the bike ever been crashed ?
