The best:Punk: I have EBC HH copper sintered pads on the 'bird and I still can't believe how much better they are than the SBS I had on previously. Much more progressive too.
Here's the contact in NZ: Email: sales@ebcbrakes.co.nz
and here's your bike data: http://www.ebcbrakes.com/motorcycle-index.html

You sure you don't mean HH? A google search only revealed your thread, so no one else seems to know about them.

Someone told me to try them a few years back on my VTR1000 cos the brakes were awfull.
It made a massive difference to the brakes afterwards.
Want to put some new pads in the Speedy since I'm gonna try that at Taupo, so thought I'd try them again.

I purchased a set of EBC HH pads for my 1050 from http://www.powersportsuperstore.com/
Two pair front and one rear + freight = US$99.52. Was NZ$165 at the time.

I recall I brought my EBCs from somewhere in Auck, just dunno where, was 3 yrs ago, and not too bad priced.
I'll see what Mouldy can do as I will need them before the 27th.

Maybe you guys could comment on their wet performance. I found them way better than stock on the VTR dry, but pulsed and took a noticable time to bite in the wet.

Can't really comment Fatjim. I've only replaced the rear so far and they seem to work better than stock at anytime!

Sorry, can't comment about wet performance. Only fitted them late last year and there's been stuff-all rain in Coro since then! However, they're the pad of choice for the UK Blackbird boys and it never stops raining there:laugh:

The 03 and 06 are interchangable so unless they changed calipers for the 04/05 and then went back, they should fit all models !

Mmmmm, you might want to check that Bill? Earlier (97-04) seem to run "FA236HH" up front but the 05-07 use "FA347HH" front. All use "FA214/2HH" for the rear. Only caliper change I know of from 05-07 is with the pistons.
Oh another thought! The word is, that these pads are fantastic for general riding (slow people like me I guess), but they will eat OEM discs for breakfast with aggressive riding or track use! Just what I've heard!

Shit wouldnt have a clue about the numbers but changed the 03 pads over to the 06 and vice versa when i decided to race the 06 (were goldfren ceramic carbon race pads) and exactly the same fit !
Found that stock triumph pads were just as good stopping wise TBH (well didn't really notice a difference anyway) but alot more expensive lol !
Could be that my 03 is a US job, donno !
