Yeah it comes with all that....

Wire to goto front wheel then ya have a magnet on a disc bolt AFAIK, it hasn't arrived yet its being couriered at the moment.

For rpm it gets wrapped around a coil lead...

Comes with engine temp sensor also.... usually you put in radiator hose, since mine is aircooled it runs off a copper washer with a wire off it....sits under the spark plug.
