Hi all

Looking at getting a couple of peices such as rearsets and passneger pegs powdercoated.
I used the old search function and google but could only really find info about auckland powdercoaters.
Anywhere in wellington region that being can recommend about being cheap and good??
Thanks

ESL Industries in Maupuia, Miramar. Most Welly engineers use 'em.

As i used to do this as a job i can say that whoever you get to do the job , make sure they have a good pre-treatment system .

There is a differant system for alloy and steel and the wet spray etch priming is nothing short of garbage.

Zinc Phosphate is good for alloy and Iron Phosphate is good for steel. It gives the powder a good etch key factor and that makes it last better. Also ensure a polyester powder is used as they are U.V. stable and will deal with the high speed impacts a bike part gets better than other types like Acryllic powders.

Any questions , PM me.

Cheers Paul.
