hi my name is motley, ill get to the point, my problem is with having a 250cc bike restriction as per my licence and because of my large body weight not having bikes to turn to atleast to ride as the max carry loads are outside my weight limits. ps i am actually around 165-170kgs, please help me, do you know of any bikes 250cc legal that could possibly even closley support my weight.

Apply for an exemption. I think you can do it at the AA centre, but I'm not perfectly sure. Others here have done it.

exemption is the way to go.....
Would not be a problem, as long as the bike you wanna use is not one of those superfast high horsepower ones...
And as long as you haven't got a long list of traffic violations in your name...
Go for it, and get a proper bike from day one.....

Be prepared to get a bike on their list though, if you don't you will get turned down.

Have you had a look round for gear yet, I had a little trouble finding gear to fit, in the end there was one jacket and pants that fitted. :Oops:

Yep, lookin like the exemption is the way to go, just dont ecpect anything really racey. Good luck Motley!
