Owner's manual and brake bleeding please? [Archive]

have two requests! first, is there an online resource for mauals? I want one for my 1991 CBR 600 F, of course, Id rather get it for free if possible!, secondly, how do I bleed brakes? I havent done it for years and worryingly, i am losing my memory in young-age! if somebody could give me a reminder on brake bleeding/ pad replacement, thatd be fantastic, thanks in advance people of KB!
