It really depends on what you want to get out of it ... as a track day is a track day ...

Rider training days are a great idea ... go and speak to people and have them show you ... :)

Motott do a fabulous job as trackdays for trackday folk, but are fairly strictly controlled.
I think Kiwitrackdays are a bit more relaxed, and are a bit easier on ya if you wanna let the demons out.....
Who the hell is redline?

A rider training day would be a great idea - just stay away from AMCC ART Days.

exactly my question also - WHY ?
The one they did back in january looked great from what I saw as a spectator and what I talked with the people I knew that were on the track...
So do tell PrettyBillie whats wrong with AMCC ?

Yep.............fairly relaxed day it was too.........I was told quietly that standups on every lap down the pit straight was too much and to restrict them to every 2nd lap:laugh:
I've been to days with each organiser and they are all fairly similar, some are more strict than others, but that depends alot on how busy they are regarding rider numbers too.

Did one with Redline at the beginning of the year at Puke, was great and they seemed profesional enough without being to overly strict.Only ever done one so don't know about the others. Taupo would be better as the run offs at Puke are somewhat marginal.

Kiwi Trackdays for me cos there's more track time and less sitting around waiting to ride. It's a better day.
