I'm a learner, looking to buy a two piece suit to have a go at a track day or two. Now that I have a ready made family I don't have money to burn so affordabilty has to be traded with big brand quality. My bike will only do 130 tapped out so I won't be skidding on my arse at ultra high speed, however I don't intend to be on my learners forever. Does anyone know about this 1tonne outfit? they seem to have the specs behind them for $500 in terms of double stitching and impact protection or will regret not spending $2000 on some fancy name gear?

Have a chat with Quasi (QuasiMoto) on here. He imports very good quality gear, both one and two piece leathers.
His prices are quite sensible as well.
I'm sure he will be along soon!

QuasiMoto - see if he'll do you a KB deal. Good stuff here.
Also in CHCH there are some well priced ones at Leather Direct on the Tuam/Colombo corner, but I don't know how good they are going down the road.

Mate have I got a deal for you !
Nah seriously we got some samples in which we wont be going further with, dependant on your size we could let them go for 4 hundy delivered.
they are black/ black pants n Jacket. they are not QMOTO products however the stitching is only double not triple or Quad like our gear. the quality is ok but not up to our standard.Actually fuck it, $300 and its yours !!
if you are interested let me know

Flick me your chest measurement and your waist, oh might pay to tell me your height, hopefully they will fit you, if not I will see what else I can do for you.

Cool thanks
The jacket is a size 46 or 116cm so will have some room in it, this might not be a bad thing dependant on if you wear a back protector and or extra clothes in winter.
The Pants should fit you fine.
Just remember these aint QMOTO spec and where sent to us as a sample so dont compare it to us at all dude cause it isnt our product, to be clear we paid for a sample of product for our assesment of this particular factories quality and workmanship there is no warranty or returns at this rate either mate lol
jacket n pants fit together full zip to btw. hope its of interest, some pics below for you
cheers

bit concerned about the size of the jacket especially as leather will stretch. As you say it's not your product so there are no returns if it doesn't suit me or falls to bits in a slight breeze. Thank you very much for going out of your way to help me. I will definately be checking out your site when I need some more gear, but this time I will have to decline sorry. Thank you again.

You can’t go wrong with Quasi's gear, ive got the racer 9 2 piece suit, his SPS gloves and a Knox back protector and the gear is just awesome and the price is spot on as well.
