Picked up a caravan earlier today, Towed it home, took 3 hours.Saw numerous other motorists towing caravans.
NO ONE FUCKING WAVED.
No one,none, nada, nil,nothing.
I thought owning a caravan would mean something, I thought I would become part of the group, It should be us man, us caravanner's against the world. Its about respect. Its about the brotherhood.
I guess ownership means nothing at all.
Maybe I should have bought a motorhome......

Even when I tow the missus's nags in the float, other horse floaters wave.
First time that happened I said to the missus, 'who's that numpty head waving too.'
I did'nt wave back cos he looked like he might be a Harley rider......:msn-wink:

Considering its more of a Penthouse on a trailer, and being the classy fucker I am, I've settled on an International Playboy look, Mainly an open man robe and speedo's, And maybe a set of jandels to protect my feets......But more likely steel cap gumboots. those horrible fat women that hover around camp grounds yelling at kids and badmouthing their menfolk won't know wtf has hit them. (here's a hint, Its a Hilux)
Seems no matter where I go or what I do steel capped gumboots are the perfect foot attire.

They don't wave because they are totally oblivious to other road users.

If they're doing their job right, there's nobody to wave to. Everybody else is stuck behind them.

I have to applaud the Top Gear approach to caravanning and caravanners.

Assholes in cars is my guess.
Had a dozen twats target me, insist on passing and then forcing their way in directly in front of me forcing me brake to let them in, Retarded as the traffic was moving at 80 and there was 20 cars directly in front of me.
For a couple of the more stupid ones I just refused to make room, leaving them isolated on the wrong side of the road, as they started to panic I lowered the drivers window and extended the finger.

They were probably a bit confused and did not have time to wave.
Confused why?
As a Harley owner I am pretty sure that before you even towed the Caravan you spend at least 50% of its value on bling - big wheels, chrome trim, a oversize open gas outlet, tinted windows, leather fringes around the chrome detail lines, polished billet alloy gas bottles, metal-flake paint - that type of stuff. :Punk:
I prefer a more basic approach to caravans as per the example below.

Next time I see you towing the van behind your bike I'll wave. Seriously, I both caravan and motorcycle most alternate weekends and wave on most occassions.
Towing at Biking speeds makes it hard to wave. Sometimes I get one and two finger waves.
Good to see a fellow caravanner that enjoys both pasttimes. :niceone:

Does that constitute a CamelToe? :shit: Cameltoe is usually displayed by chicks that gave it away to easy the first time,as if to say "bang away all ya like theres no way your getting through this nylon".
