Oh for fucks sakes no safety gear.
What did they think was going to happen?
Did it have to be a V8?

1st March 2009, 21:38
I found it interesting that we didn't see it go around any corners. ALSO you would want grunty soled shoes!!!

Looked really unstable and btw did they have to leave all that blurry grass action on the end?

OUCH

Burtha

But he gets seriously f*ed up in this following vid!

Oh and the originally posted bike isn't a photoshop, you can see it here:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6f2473Rw0o&feature=related

I suspect it's a Segway style of electric vehicle as was suggested earlier.

holy shit, that is awesome, i didnt know anyone had actually made one of those. I wanna see him jam the brakes on and go right round

as for the first bike, heres a utube of it (stills) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H6f2473Rw0o&feature=related and it has two wheels anyway, just very close side by side. Not sure if its all just shopped though, seems like a lot of effort to go to

I kepy waiting for the carnage pic at the end,
Whats up with the feet down riding style, is it not stable or something, if it isn't don't ride it, and if it is, tuck your feet in munter. And yeah what dangerousbastard said.

For a wheelie you'd need to get the wheel spinning instantly with the push and pull force being equal and balanced. How to turn is the question?

Ixion
30th August 2009, 20:09
That is way cool!. Where can you get them?

yeah re post. so weired how it works couldnt think it being possible

3lemental
10th September 2009, 12:28
I'd assume it has some sort of stabilising mechanism like a Segway, keeping forward-back position of the bike central. Obviously left-right movement would be the rider's issue. It could turn out to be quite a powerful and useful design with a lot less weight (no swingarm, only one shock absorber etc) if the balancing mechanism worked well enough and was cheap to produce. Imagine a literbike with about 30-40 kilos stripped out!!
