Small room: $103.33/w
Slightly larger room: $113.33/w
Gargre space for a cage: $10/w
Gargre space for a bike - we can probably work something out, involving fitting it in beside mine, or something.
All prices are negotiable, to some extent.

(oh - the other room is slightly smaller than the pictured one; must get round to putting up some pics)
