I wonder how many men have been falsely accused...
Less than the number of unreported rapes but that is not justice!

Fudge this kind of crap makes me angry!! Having had a close friend go through a genuine experience of this kind and not having people really care any less.... They need to make an example of her and try to prevent this happening again. it's a crime to lie to police and so on, so she should get at least some kind of punishment !!!

Grr... I would want to get hold of this woman personally and shake some sense into her...

It is a sad day indeed that sick members of our society do this sort of thing. This female deserves the book and then some thrown at her. Totally unacceptable. No matter the reasoning behind it. To falsely accuse a man of rape is reprehensible.

Good to see the Police pursuing these evil timewasters.

I guess laying charges was possible in this case because no man was even involved; it was a complete fabrication.

It's a pity that the charge of laying a false complaint can't (usually) be realistically made when the false complaint is a matter of a woman recharacterising consensual sex after the fact, which doesn't just waste Police time - that sort of lie is a weapon that can destroy a man's life.

Scary shit.

maybe she was after the ACC payout... a woman only has to claim she was raped to ACC to get a payout,no charges need to be laid:sick:
