GN250 Complete bike but rough

This is a complete bike essentially only missing carb, piston and rings although in rough condition. I was going to do a mini cafe racer type project due to other parts I had. However my attention has been diverted and I want it gone complete! There are 2 complete bottom ends, 2 heads[1good] and I have already polished the side covers. Photos added and rego is dead but have the plate still to confirm identity etc.
Re the photos, the flash brings up scratching that you don't see with the naked eye. ie. the polishing looks better than the photo shows
