Quite nice but 2wd?
I do not see any hydraulic line to the front hub (Ohlins style) at all.

I really like the rear suspension/drive train though.

motors abit exposed. Belly it out and you'll left with the frame and no motor.

Driveshaft down the fork leg or something sneaky?

I'd really like one too :D Not for anything hardcore, just because a diesel bike makes so much sense.

If you had ridden AWD then you would know! I have two AWD Christini
bikes available for you to ride here- they are a blast, you can do no wrong!

That early Ohlins system was clunky and agricultural - this one intreigues me!? no sign of hoses or front hub hydraulic motor!

However- I am totally sold on Christinis full mechanical system- just look at it.
it is bloody gorgeous and so efficient. 1/10 of a horse power to drive it!121542

It has an ingenious hydraulic two-wheel drive system that implies a hydraulic pump being powered off the gearbox output shaft and which then runs an impeller in the front hub. The system is supposed to transfer as much as 15% of power to the front wheel, but the percentage can vary depending on the relative position of the throttle to the rear wheel speed

so it runs a hydraulic motor AND a shaft drive to rear?

The companies homepage: http://dieselmotorcycles.eu/

The link about to the 2wd system info doesn't seem to work though.
