Briefing BRIEFING:clap::clap:

Arrive by 8:00am Sunday the 8th March 2009
Start time 9:00 SHARP!!!!!! The speed of the ride will be 50km until Manurewa or when the last bike is on the motorway then 80km. At about Gilles Ave ramp the speed back to 50km for exiting at Wellesley St.

On to the motorway heading north Motor bikes in the fast lane and when all the scooters are on the motorway also the lane next to the fast lane, SCOOTERS your lane is the one next to the fast lane,allowing the larger bikes to keep up with the front of the ride. There will be cars in left lane and they will have to merge when there is not 3 lanes (Mt Wellington over bridge), this can't be avoided. Share the road nicely and play nice as the video cameras are on and running RECORDING so you muck up you will be BUSTED!!!!!

At Penrose start moving into lanes 1 & 2 . Merge with care & consideration to other traffic. By Newmarket over bridge you should be in the left lanes. This year NO on ramps will be closed so be aware that cars can suddenly appear on your left and are unsure what the f%@k is going on.:Playnice::Playnice::dodge:
Turn off a Wellesley St off ramp and go straight to Queen St through the Bus only lane , down Queen St, left into Custom St , on to Fanshawe St & back on to the motorway. Take Akaranga Off ramp and in to the Campus car park. Regards Richard

Why on earth is this ride on at the same time as the final round of the nationals at Pukekohe???? Crazy to have two very important meetings on at the same time making them compete for the same audience don't you think?
