Would anyone be willing to help me with suspension?

I have had my K5 GSXR 750 for about three and a half years now and in that time I have not checked or adjusted any sag, rebound, or compression settings. I have been donig some research about it all and would be keen to see if my set up is correct for me. Would any one experienced in this be willing to help me out in the near future. I am in auckland. I am willing & have set up many Gixxers for my mates who are very happy with their bikes.:doctor: Do you have a particular thing in mind (track riding maybe), or feel something is wrong for you? I am in West Auckland.
