Main North Road Christchurch - Prick on an SV650

I'm at the front of the queue in the right hand lane (of two), waiting patiently for the lights to turn green. I give him a back hand wave. No response. Cock.

The lights turn green, mother fucker accelerates past me at full throttle almost wiping me out as he does so. He spends the next several hundred yards at what must have been full throttle, weaving in between cages, changing lanes without any consideration for other road users. Forking Suzuki SV 650.

I keep within the speed limit for the next 300 yds until the motorway proper starts, then open my Bird up. Very quickly I pull alongside him making obscene hand gestures and inviting him to pull over. He elects selective blindness.

All reports show that testing went well, confirming that the bike is infact set up correctly. The only hitch during the test run, was being held up by a "Wednesday Driver" on a Blackbird. :spudwave:

Now My version. I was out testing my new sv650 -unfortunately the 1/4 turn throttle we had just fitted jammed as I wass pulling away from the lights.
My some miricle I managed to filter through the cars in my way using the clutch as the throttle. I managed to get the cable untangled when some doofus on a blackbird came hurtling up alongside tossing abuse at me
I was so shaken up from the jammed throttle I diddn't have the energy to explain
This coulda happened --but nope --I was in my van in dorkland at the time
