Maize on country roads! :bash:
and there seems to be plenty of marked and unmarked roadworks with lots of loose gravel around too.
Just a heads up folks.

You're not wrong. The roads are turning into on road supermarkets... stuff all over the place. Leaf season starting soon too.
Cheers

I'm sure this has been covered before on this website, but I've noticed that some car drivers seem to have difficulty seeing through the transparent holes between the roof and the doors and bonnet of their vehicles.
AND, I got a wave and a nod from a Harley rider this morning. Is there a specific way to wave back?
(I am feeling cheeky).

Yes. Blithering pine needles. The scourge of the rural road-riders existence at this time of year.

Oddest I encountered was a box of crayfish, crabs and other assorted sea creatures in the middle of the road at night!

On the other hand - the silly season is kinda phasing out.
There's less risk of tar bleeds as temperatures are coming down and thus less risk of the shitty grit that goes with it.
'tis the season to jolly!

I think we are getting to the kernel of the matter, strip away the husk and all that remains are the facts. If we have to cob together anymore witticisms, I think that may be the start of a germ or genesis of an idea!
Ah well, I guess I better sheathe my ideas and stop buttering you guys up for more golden pearls of wisdom. I'll keep my ear to the ground and leave you to it - my silky words will withdraw for another day.
I'll root around in other threads, but keep stalking in this thread to ensure that I can wave my tassel around when I need to!
