Dig the truss frame. Don't dig the headlight.

You are obviously referring to Auckland.:p :D

Called in to MotoMart (Lower Hutt) this morning to view the TWO that they have in there. Both red, one being the 'gold' version (I heard $65K) with lots of carbon fibre, and the other the standard.

They look a lot better in the flesh and the headlight is, supposedly, meant to look like a Porsche headlight.

maybe I'm wrong! I just kinda figured we wouldn't get any being so small.

That 65,000 version is SOOOOO classy!

As for that headlight, well spotted! it is in fact a genuine porsche headlight.

I had a ride of the std version a couple of weeks ago ( the oro has gone to it's owner in CHCH now). It's a really fun bike to ride and turns you into bit of a hooligan if you weren't one already ;) A lot like the Duc S4 in that it's a very easy bike to ride, you just jump on and go.

Mike is right these bikes look a lot nicer in the flesh than in photos. I'd seen lots of photo's of the Oro version and thought ho-hum looks average. But when you actually see it, wow!!

I took some photo's for the owner of the Oro (http://www.nitor.co.nz/chris/index.html), who was being more patient than I would be if my new bike was on display instead of in my garage. The main differences with the Oro is that has carbon bodywork, magnesium wheels/swingarm/frame plates/triple clamp and only 300 made. I understand NZ got the only one in NZ & Oz. Oh, and they guy who owns it also has 1 of only 2 MV Sennas in NZ.
