Hi

In Auckland where is the best place to get a front fender repaired. I forgot to remove my lock and chain and now have 4 bits of fender that need to be stitched back together. Lucky no other damage. Looking for the best recommended plastic repair place. Or if any one know someone breaking an er6-n please let me know. Need to sort this out asap as I need it fixed for commuting.

Reflections has the reputation in Auckland - however seriously jump into the yellow pages and just look for a fabricator or plastic welder....they'll do just as good a job and probably half the price. :innocent:

needed it done quick, so I have it in at The Plastic Repair company, I'll see how it goes. Cost of repair will be about $110 and painting same again. A new one painted is $125 but X japan so up to 6 weeks delivery. So i'm getting it just primed and painting it black, if it is good I will not buy new one, if bad I can still be able to ride while I await new one turning up.

Thanks for the input Prettybillie and Skirts. But come on KB Only 2 replies. I will have a small dig at KB. As a newbie here what I see is people seem to spend more time internet socializing on these forums than helping out or offering helpful motorbike advise ( Prettybillie and Skirts completely excluded :) ). And I suspect from what I have seen, even writing this will just provide some of those people another outlet to type abusive and rude responses to my observation. So come on KB posters, next time you do something stupid you may want advise in a hurry, to save you some money as well, so take time out to help.
