I'll be working that whole weekend. Shame really as I was the fastest non-racer last year so I can't defend the title. It's a bloody good day and not as stressful as I imagined. I reccommend anybody who is remotely interested to enter. It's not often you are able to ride on both sides of the road legally.

I would have kicked your arse anyway Deano.

It was a great day alright. I left after my fifth run at about 2.00pm - it was so hot I starting getting a headache.

I certainly wasn't the fastest non racer there (beaten by at least one Fireblade and an RSVR I think). More track knowledge would have been good as my times kept coming down with each run.

As for the arse kicking, well Jimbo, I actually shaved (read carved) 8 seconds off your last years time so the gauntlet has been thrown. :moon: Roll on next year eh ?

Well done mate. Maybe I would have only beaten you by a little bit then.

We cruised over (in a car) and enjoyed watching some of the action.

Looked like a very well run event.

Fastest time on the board we saw before we left at about 12:30ish was a 2:18... over 6.8kms! That's bloody fast.

What was the quickest time at the end of the day and by whom on what?

Saw Bugsplat... didn't want to bother you so didn't say hello. Hope you did well & had a great time.
