I'm after a T25 security torx bit for throttle position sensor adjustment on the SV650. I don't want to buy a whole set of rarely used bits. I see Sulco sell them individually, but not a T25 security bit.

Any ideas on where I can get one please? - thanks. DSE and Repco sell them in kits for $30. Might consider a set with a ratchet drive for that price (For hard to reach screws)

Sometimes you can make an allen key fit the torx type screws, if you have both imperial and metric sets then your chances are doubled.

If you're after a torx 25 bit, try looking at mountain bike tools, mtb brake discs are typically secured with T25 bolts.
torpedo7.co.nz have multi tools for around $10 which contain a T25 as well as other things, could be a handy tool to carry around on your bike

Ring Sarge, or any of the real tool distributors.

Another possibly cheaper option Dave is to contact your local KC Tools distributor. They sell bits seperately, as I had to buy a long 1/2 hex bit and from memory it was about $7. The short security torx should be less than that.

Try Engineering Supplies, Sydney street Petone,

How I know? the Buell needed a T27.

I gave up looking for individual bits, and bought a set from Mitre 10 for about $20. It even comes with a cool little bit handle. Then when I went to set the TPS I found out some muppet had tried to drill out the little pin in the s.torx bolt; I suppose to be able to use a plain torx bit. I did manage to adjust it, but really need to find a new set of security torx bolts.
