I know you are taking the mickey (pun intended) but it is a chance for people of Irish heritage to celebrate their ancestry. Because the Irish are naturally gregarious and generous we welcome others to enjoy our celebrations, too.

So on Saturday I drove past the Cock and Bull in New Market there was a sign outside that said "Joe Walsh playing 3PM to 6PM Tuesday 17th saint Patricks day" so I called in today inside there was anothe sign proclaiming "Joe Walsh (from the Jordan Luck band) playing 3PM to 6PM Tuesday 17th saint Patricks day" should have been April fools day.
