Quad riding in Coromandel

Hey guys, I was wondering if there was anywhere in coromandel where I could just park up pull my bike out and go for a blat ad hoc... and that's quadable...

Or is there only place that require permits/organised tours etc?

Don't mind gravel either...

Hmmm so no places you can just rock up unanounced unorganised and go for a cane through the bush/forest roads? Pretty poor at the moment lol.
