Got 1 week to do bike before mate has to go back to work on it...

He thinks this is overhaulin or some shit... lol

Yesterday was day 1....below is the results 2 hours in.

Day 1: Got bike stripped down... painted engine...then refitted the radiator hoses, engine wiring put radiator carbs airbox and exhaust on...

Day 2: Frame, subframe, triple clamps and swingarm painted and refitted, wheels and discs and suspension cleaned, and chain all refitted... wiring loom has been rewrapped and is in but not connected up yet need to hook up throttle cables err...

Tommorrow will hopefully get mudguard in, battery box in and the battery reinstalled. hook up all the wiring loom, tail light number plate indicators fit em etc etc...

Took 4 days to do, is on the road now with no issues...

Why would bits fall off... it's called tools, maybe thats what happens when you work on them... but i'm not a caveman.
